Ana Malard Velloso

Partner at Malard Advogados, Velloso is specialized in Economic Law. Graduated in Law from the IESB (Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília), she holds an MBA degree in Economic and Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. President of the Brasília Bar Association’s Competition Defense Committee (2019-2021). International member of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Antitrust Law Committee. International member of the Women in Competition (WIC) network.

Neide Teresinha Malard

Consulting partner at Malard Advogados, Neide Teresinha Malard practices Economic Law and is graduated in Legal Studies from the University of Stockholm, Sweden. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, England, and from the University of Brasília. She is also a Ph.D. in Economic Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and teaches Economic Law in undergraduate, post-graduate, and master’s courses in Brasília.

Felipe Fernandes Reis

Graduated in Law from the IDP (Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público) in Brasília, Reis has extensive experience in real estate transactions and is active in the fields of Government Relations and Economic Law. He is a member of the Brasília Bar Association’s Competition Defense Committee and international member of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Antitrust Law, Natural Resources & Environment, and Energy Law committees.

Matheus Soares Salgado Nunes de Matos

Graduated in Law from the IESB (Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília), Matos practices Economic Law and Conflict Resolution. He is Secretary General at the Brazilian Association of Arbitration Students (ABEArb) and member of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee in Brasília.
